Abstract

This video looks at the special challenges of oral arguments by zoom. After each role-playing vignette, Dean Barbara Glesner-Fines steps out of her role as judge to comment on the student-advocates’ performance. In addition to the technical glitches that can happen, the video addresses how to respond to questions, how to respond to the stop sign, and how to conclude.
