Abstract
During this episode of The Ticker podcast, IR Magazine reporter Noemi Distefano speaks with Christina Sautter, professor of law at Southern Methodist University School of Law, and Sergio Gramitto Ricci, associate professor of law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City school of law. Sautter and Gramitto Ricci shed light on the intricate and perhaps controversial landscape of retail investors with a focus on engagement, education, corporate governance and emerging trends.
